Diana Christopher is currently the Director of Operations for the Boys & Girls Club Family Center in Springfield, MA. Diana leads a team of Youth Development Professionals that work directly with Club members ages five through 18 years old.

As a leader at the Boys & Girls Club Family Center, Diana encourages her team to model Club the behavior expectations that were developed to support the Boys and Girls Clubs of America Mission, “To enable all young people especially those who need us the most to reach their full potential as productive, caring and responsible citizens”.

Diana began her career in human services in 1988 as a tutor at the Dunbar Community Center in Springfield MA. To date, Diana has over ten years of management and supervisory experience working with young adults with intellectual disabilities and over eighteen years of experience in youth development including substance use prevent, teen pregnancy prevention, academic based after school programs and three Boys & Girls Clubs in Massachusetts. During the course of her years in this field, Diana has worked with, served, mentored, educated, trained and supervised people of various ages, capabilities, social economic status and cultures.
